Respond to telephone and in-person inquiries regarding resources for elders.  Assist elders and their advocates in identifying and utilizing resources.  Includes needs assessment, development of service plans, coordination of services, and case management.  Bachelor’s degree, at least six months elder service experience, and own transportation required.

Competitive benefits package.  35 hour workweek with potential to work a four-day workweek. No relocation provided.
